The 45-acre Bullville Historic District development plan addresses the growing demand for housing, particularly for the elderly population. The project is grounded in comprehensive research, data analysis, and conceptual design, with a health-focused approach that incorporates insights from experts, local communities, public agencies, and residents. While preserving the district’s historic integrity, interconnected parks and public spaces will incorporate new buildings, including nursing care, daycare, townhouse facilities, and a hotel, thereby promoting improved community flow and accessibility for individuals of all ages.
