Set in the scenic Pocono landscape of Pennsylvania, the 56-acre Silver Town project reimagines healthy living by integrating diverse habitats and architectural features that encourage residents to connect with nature. Over time, the restored stream will mature, attracting native species and enhancing the local ecosystem. Residents can walk or bike along looping paths while enjoying a variety of natural and recreational spaces, including an outdoor amphitheater, cultural center, camps, and outdoor spas—all designed to promote physical activity, well-being, and a vibrant sense of community. The design thoughtfully utilizes existing infrastructure and aims to achieve zero CO₂ emissions, creating a sustainable and environmentally responsive model for future development.
