Latin American Urban Planning
The project is driving ongoing urbanization through major infrastructure initiatives connecting Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Colombia, Venezuela, and Guatemala. As urban populations grow and environmental challenges intensify, local governments and stakeholders prioritize sustainable development that balances physical infrastructure with social, economic, and environmental objectives. The initiative aims to foster vibrant communities, health-oriented design, open spaces, and a complete transition to renewable energy. It integrates communication, infrastructure, and transportation through the Intelligent Mobility System (SIMM), promoting a car-free city and ensuring equitable resource access to support the creation of holistic urban environments.
